Construction Superintendent

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent role based in the Twin Cities Metro area. As the leader on the ground, you will be the driving force behind project execution and the face of the business. You will oversee daily site operations and schedules, maintain a pulse on every moving part, and manage diverse teams of trade partners with a focus on safety, accountability, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Leadership:

Drive daily site operations and manage trade partners with an ownership mindset.

Schedule & Budget:

Build and maintain project timelines, including Procore and pull plan scheduling, and three and six-week lookaheads.

Safety & Quality:

Enforce strict safety standards and conduct rigorous quality assurance inspections to ensure a top-tier final product.

Logistics & Coordination:

Manage site logistics and collaborate closely with Project Managers to keep stakeholders informed and projects moving.

Project Closeout:

Closeout projects with the same gusto that they started with. Maintain organized closeout submittals, punch lists, and final inspections in collaboration with stakeholders, trade partners, and AHJ's.

Technology & AI:

Open and onboard with using technology and AI platforms to help work faster, more organized, and more efficient.

Industry Expertise :

Proven experience in commercial and multifamily construction is highly preferred but not required - will train.

Technical Management:

Strong skills in Construction Site Management, Budgeting, and Safety compliance.

Organizational Skills :

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Communication :

Clear, consistent communication skills to effectively update project status and coordinate with stakeholders.

Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with Twin Cities building codes and regulations is an advantage.

Miscellaneous:

Current drivers license, computer skills, basic understanding of construction law, methods, and procedures.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
