$52,000•$62,000 per year shift: First work hours: 5 AM•1 PM education: High School Responsibilities Position Summary Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, and blueprints to produce metal products according to customer and company specifications. Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment. Duties and Responsibilities Assemble components in jigs or fixtures Align parts or workpieces to ensure proper assembly Operate welding equipment in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions Clean excess weld, slag, and spatter Verify conformance of completed parts to specifications Attributes Self-motivated Own operation and control Able to read blueprints Attention to detail Qualifications Able to lift up to 50lbs Welding experience with aluminum required 1+ year(s) previous professional welding experience required Welding experience with stainless steel preferred Post-secondary certificate, vocational training preferred Successfully pass internal AWS weld test Skills Mig Tig Spot Fit Stick Qualifications Years of experience: 0 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
