Fort Liberty, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $45 - 50 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities:Subcontractor Coordination:
Manage field operations and subcontractor productivity to ensure civil scopes, such as trenching and concrete encasement, meet project schedules.Field Oversight:
Direct day-to-day construction of civial and electrical distribution infrastructure, including duct banks, medium voltage distribution, and switchgear installation.Compliance & Quality:
Ensure all work adheres to USACE specifications, federal standards, and contract requirements, serving as a technical specialist for civil and electrical features.Safety & Documentation:
Support Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA) and construction documentation while enforcingEM 385-1-1
(2024 edition) safety requirements on-site.Stakeholder Liaison:
Participate in site meetings with government representatives and collaborate closely with the project management team to align field execution with mission goals.qualifications:
