CONSTRUCTION TEAM LEAD

We're a Missouri-based underdeck contracting company specializing in high-quality outdoor living systems for residential properties. We pride ourselves on clean, ethical job sites, strong communication, and delivering outstanding results - every time. We are seeking an experienced Construction Team Lead to oversee daily job site operations and lead a small crew. Proven leadership skills and the ability to keep projects on schedule is essential. This is a hands-on position and requires attention to detail. Bonuses are paid on timely completion of projects. Most of our jobs are at the Lake of the Ozarks. A few jobs further than 90 minutes from the lake require one or more overnights depending on the size of the job. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small crew of 2-5 team members
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials and equipment needs
• Perform and oversee the installation of underdeck pan, gutters, downspouts, and trim
• Ensure projects are completed on time
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers
• Train and mentor team members The qualifications for this job are:
• 3+ years of experience in construction
• Proven crew lead experience
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and tools
• Valid driver's license
• Must have a pickup truck (F-150 or similar) to transport tools and materials between job sites.
• Must bring the following tools: 6' step ladder, Impact screw gun with T25 and Philips head tips and a 4" driver, Tape measure, Metal snips, Utility knife Physical
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to bend, lift, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks Experience
• Must have at least 3 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in construction
• Must have proven crew leadership

Pay:
