Position Responsibilities:

Administer medications as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed Accurately document medications and resident care Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications:

Current Missouri CMA or LIMA certification required Current CPR certification preferred Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and positive attitude
