Job Description:

Rockwell Solutions is hiring a Lead Carpenter / Team Leader to run residential remodels and additions from start to finish. This role is for someone who can take ownership of a job, lead a crew, and deliver clean, on-time work without hand-holding.

What You'll Do:

Run jobs from demo to final punch Lead and hold crew accountable Keep projects on schedule and tight Maintain quality, safety, and clean sites

Requirements:

Strong remodel/addition experience Proven ability to lead a crew Reliable, organized, and detail-driven Valid Driver's License (required) Background check (required)

Pay:

$25-$40/hr based on experience and leadership
