Construction Team Member

Job Overview CAM Partners, a growing facilities maintenance company with seven locations in New England, is seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Team Members to complete construction and facilities maintenance tasks . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various construction techniques and be a general "Jack of all trades". This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards while adhering to safety regulations and project timelines. Our clients include retail locations, healthcare facilities, warehouses, education facilities, office parks and condo associations. Duties Work independently or as part of a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Complete interior construction projects including flooring installation, general carpentry, painting, drywall, door repair and other general maintenance tasks as needed. Complete exterior construction projects including pothole repair, bollard installation, catch basin repair, masonry, fence repair and other construction tasks as needed. Utilize power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and timelines. While most jobs are completed during normal work hours, some projects require night time or weekend availability. Skills Proficient in general maintenance tasks. Strong knowledge of construction processes and standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Competent in using power tools safely for various construction tasks.
