Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials in the yard using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks to move supplies safely around the yard or shop area Prepare flatbed trucks for delivery, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging of materials Load and unload trucks at job sites, managing materials and equipment with care and precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and shop area to promote safety and efficiency Requirements Proven experience in construction yard environments Valid driver's license, with experience driving flatbeds or similar vehicles throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island Delivery driver experience, including route planning and load management Ability to perform heavy lifting, moving materials, and operating equipment such as forklifts and other heavy machinery (certification preferred) Strong driving skills with a clean driving record Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, driving, as well as construction job site safety Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and exceptional service.
