Aero Global Logistics (AGL) is hiring experienced professional drivers to service a premier dedicated customer account. If you're tired of unpredictable schedules, changing routes, nights away from home and never knowing what your week will look like, this is a different kind of driving position.

You'll become familiar with your route, your delivery locations and the customers you serve. You know where you're going. You know your schedule. You know what you're earning. And you're home every night and every weekend. We're looking for professional drivers who want stability and a long-term home—not drivers looking for their next temporary job.

THE POSITION

This is a hands-on local delivery position involving palletized freight.

Responsibilities include:

Operating your assigned dedicated delivery route Sorting and loading freight Delivering palletized freight to established customer locations Loading and unloading using a manual pallet jack Scanning freight using AGL's automated tracking system Completing required vehicle inspections Maintaining DOT and delivery documentation Following all safety, DOT and company requirements Providing professional service to our customers

SCHEDULE & PAY

Monday-Friday Start:

7:30

AM Finish:

4:30 PM

EVERY ROUTE PAYS

$1,000 PER WEEK Plus, drivers can earn an additional $50 weekly performance bonus for completing all assigned duties. Home every night. Weekends off. $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS $1,000 after 90 days$500 after 120 days

Every driver receives: Company fuel card Company iPhone for scanning Detailed route book Step-by-step instructions for every stop Onsite dispatcher support If something happens on your route, you have someone onsite to call for help.

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for experienced, dependable drivers who take pride in their work.

Applicants must:

Be at least 26 years old Have at least 18 months of verifiable tractor-trailer or straight-truck driving experience within the last 3 years Have delivery, route and loading/unloading experience Be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. or more throughout a shift Pass AGL's Physical Ability Test (PAT) Possess a DOT medical card or be able to obtain one before hire Have a clean driving record with no DUI or reckless-driving violations Pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
