Must have high school diploma or GED Must have interaction with the general public, vendors and consumers Must have working knowledge of office procedures and practice Must have valid TX driver's license and be insurable

Job Purpose:

Will assist all indigent consumers in applying for benefits Will assist in preparation and in some cases, accompany the customer to hearing and/or appeals court as needed Performs receptionist duties Performs data entry and general secretarial duties

Job Function:

Maintains confidentiality of client records Works harmoniously with fellow employees, promoting teamwork Responds courteously to telephone calls, and returns calls in a timely manner Maintains petty cash for building Complies with all Center polices and Unit procedures Attends work regularly and punctually Organization Participates with E-Verify Central Plains Center is an EEO employer•M/F/Vets/Disabled
