The Contact Center Agent/Teller provides efficient service to members mainly by telephone and online to answer questions and expand relationships. The position also provides coverage as a Member Service Representative/Teller when necessary by handling a variety of teller transactions. Candidates must have a pleasant personality and refer products and services to members when appropriate. Requirements:
