On-site call center position in Mountain View

As a Contact Center Customer Service Representative, you'll dive headfirst into resolving inquiries and building lasting relationships with our customers. The schedule for this on-site position will be set on 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts. As Union is committed to working with our customers every day of the year, our Contact Center shifts do cover weekends, holidays, and 24 hours a day. Applicants should be aware that the schedule they will cover will include expected coverage of days and times of this nature. ]shifts and days off are set to ensure that the team and customers are supported fully.
