Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION SUMMARY
Customer Service Representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

OBJECTIVES
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls Completing required outbound call volume Providing dispatch phone coverage as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers
COMPETENCIES
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED or High School Diploma required Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking Must be able to lift at least 25lbs Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements
