Content Director (Part-Time)

About Boundaries Coffee Boundaries Coffee is a growing specialty drive-thru coffee company with two locations in Little Elm and Prosper, Texas. We're building a brand that combines quality coffee, fast service, and a strong community presence — and we're investing heavily in content that tells that story. About the Role We're hiring a part-time Content Director to own visual storytelling across both of our stores. You'll shoot, edit, and direct the content that fuels our social channels and brand campaigns. This role starts at 10-15 hours per week with a clear path to full-time as the business grows. Responsibilities Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for both locations Capture lifestyle and product photography for menu launches, seasonal campaigns, and social Cover in-store events including Big Saturdays, Story Times, and seasonal programming Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram and Facebook Direct talent on camera — baristas, customers, and vendors Collaborate with our paid social agency and existing organic video producer Build a library of evergreen brand assets Qualifications Some experience producing branded content for food/beverage, lifestyle, or hospitality Portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video instincts and a polished photography eye Deliverable mindset — ships work, hits deadlines, doesn't need to be chased Owns gear: camera body, lenses, lighting, audio, and editing software Based in the DFW metro or able to reliably travel to Little Elm and Prosper Benefits Flexible schedule Clear path to full-time as content output scales Free coffee
