Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contents Restoration Project Manager to lead and oversee content recovery projects in the aftermath of water, fire, mold, or other damage incidents. This role is vital in coordinating restoration efforts, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in cleaning and custodial services, and a passion for restoring spaces to their optimal condition. As a key player in our team, you will drive project success from start to finish while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members alike. Responsibilities Lead and supervise contents restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Manage day-to-day operations of restoration crews, including assigning tasks related to cleaning, packing out contents, mold remediation, and packing/unpacking for residential or commercial properties Oversee the proper handling of contents including cleaning, packing, storage, and transportation with attention to detail and care Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adjust plans as needed to meet client expectations Ensure all work complies with health regulations, safety protocols, and company policies Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including logs of contents handled, cleaning procedures performed, and incident reports Experience Proven supervisory or management experience in cleaning services or custodial environments Extensive janitorial or commercial cleaning background with familiarity in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable Hands-on experience with laundry processes and content cleaning techniques is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of restoration industry standards related to water damage, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and contents handling Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting Excellent communication abilities for liaising effectively with clients, team members, and vendors Join us in transforming challenging situations into successful restorations!
