In this role, you will deliver individualized care and health support to ensure the student's safety, well-being, and ability to fully participate in the school day. Required:

Valid LVN license granted by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technician

• Experience as an LVN is desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Reliable Transportation Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective and timely communication with parents, school personnel, and the agency
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and FERPA regulations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
• Provide skilled nursing care, including catheter care and changes as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date health and related records
• Communicate with parents regarding student health concerns and provide guidance for appropriate follow-up
