ASAP \n\n\n Position Overview \n\n We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support a manufacturing plant in Arnold, PA. This is a contract role (6-7 months) to backfill a departing team member, with an immediate need to get someone in place quickly. \n\n This position plays a key role in daily financial operations, including invoice processing, inventory reconciliation, and reporting metrics to plant leadership. \n\n\n Key Responsibilities \n\n \n\tProcess approximately 100 invoices per week , primarily manual non-PO invoices \n\tMatch invoices and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate coding and processing\n\tPerform inventory reconciliations , including yield and labor efficiency reporting\n\tPrepare and distribute daily reports to plant leadership on prior day performance\n\tWork cross-functionally to gather and verify financial data\n\tMaintain accuracy and organization in all accounts payable activities\n\n\n\n Qualifications \n\n \n\tPrevious experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting role \n\tBasic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits)\n\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy\n\tGood communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments\n\tExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, but not required)\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel , including:\n\t \n\t\tPivot tables\n\t\tVLOOKUPs\n\t\tSUMIF functions \n\t\t (Candidates willing to learn and grow in Excel are encouraged to apply) \n\t\n\t\n\n\n\n Work Environment \n\n \n\tOnsite role at a manufacturing plant in Arnold, PA (approximately 30 minutes outside Pittsburgh)\n\tPrimarily office-based, with occasional time spent on the plant floor\n\t Business casual environment (jeans permitted)\n\tAll required PPE provided when entering the plant\n\n\n\n Additional Details \n\n \n\tNo check processing (payments handled via ACH at corporate level)\n\tFast-paced environment requiring strong organization and time management\n\tImmediate interviews via Microsoft Teams (one round)\n\tPosition expected to last approximately 6 months \n\n\n\n What We're Looking For \n\n \n\tDependable and punctual with strong work ethic\n\tDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy\n\tComfortable working onsite daily\n\tTeam player who communicates effectively across departments\n \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
