The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in contract review or legal support and the ability to extract and document key contract terms with precision. Responsibilities:
Review existing customer contracts to identify and extract key provisions, including warranty language, terms, and requirements. Analyze agreements and pull relevant clauses based on provided guidance. Document findings in a structured format (Excel or similar tools) to ensure consistency and usability. Build and maintain an organized, centralized repository of contract data for stakeholder and shareholder reference. Work daily within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to manage and track contract information. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all contract documentation. Collaborate with internal teams as needed to clarify requirements and maintain alignment.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and precision. Previous experience reviewing contracts or a background in legal support or contract administration preferred. Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems. Proficiency in Excel or similar data tracking tools.
