Stagehand / Operations

/ General Labor Responsibilities Assist with setup and teardown of staging, lighting, sound equipment, and props to ensure smooth event flow Support performers and crew with stage management tasks, including cueing and positioning Maintain safety protocols on-site by monitoring green team activities such as waste management and environmental sustainability efforts Coordinate with site operations to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate seamless event execution Support public speaking engagements or demonstrations when required, ensuring clear and engaging communication Contribute to writing reports or documentation related to event logistics or safety procedures Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey instructions and coordinate with diverse teams Ability to work physically demanding shifts involving standing, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or variable hours as needed Prior experience in site operations or event labor is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Join us if you're ready to bring your passion for production into a lively environment where every day offers new opportunities to shine!
