Job Description

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support commercial contracting activities for a remote Contract position. In this role, you will help prepare, review, and coordinate a variety of business agreements while keeping documents moving efficiently through the approval process. This opportunity is well suited for someone who can balance careful attention to detail with strong follow-up across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Review, revise, and prepare commercial agreements such as nondisclosure agreements, SaaS contracts, and other business-related documents.
  • Coordinate input from legal, business, and operational stakeholders to move agreements through review and approval stages.
  • Track contract progress, follow up on outstanding items, and help maintain momentum from initial draft through execution.
  • Support the drafting process by incorporating requested edits and ensuring contract language aligns with business needs.
  • Organize contract records and related documentation to maintain accurate and accessible files.
  • Assist with special in-house initiatives and contract-related projects as business needs arise.
