Job Description
Requirements at all levels:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, contract administration, or related discipline preferred; additional years of experience may substitute for degree. Solid understanding of FAR, DFARS and its supplements, GSA, OASIS, AMCOM EXPRESS, OTAs, and various Government contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF, IDIQ, BOA, BPA). Strong working knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, contract law, and CPSR requirements and processes. Familiarity with industry business best practices, TINA, and CAS. Proficiency in terms and conditions negotiations and contract negotiations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with strong analytical ability and sound business judgment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred.NCMA CPCM/CFCM
certification a plus. Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of DoD security clearance, if required.Knowledge/Skills at all levels:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
