Controller - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Business Central Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Controller with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience to oversee financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This role will manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and play a key role in optimizing financial processes within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full accounting cycle including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage and optimize financial processes within Business Central
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting
• Support ERP improvements, reporting, and process automation within Business Central
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with leadership responsibilities preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based environments preferred
• Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills
