Dynavac, located in Hingham MA , is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting activities, lead a strong finance team, and support strategic decision-making within a dynamic, project-driven environment.

Salary range:

$120,000--$140,000 , based on experience. Dynavac is a subsidiary of Weiss Technik North America (WNA). This role reports to the WNA Director of Finance and works closely with the Dynavac CFO to lead the finance team and act as a business partner to Dynavac's VP/General Manager . The Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing all facets of our accounting operations, including cost accounting, budgets, monthly close cycle, financial reporting, internal controls and accounting policy development.. Essential Job Functions / Key Responsibilities Finance and Accounting Leadership [Manage all accounting operations including Payroll, AR, AP and GL, Cost and inventory accounting and revenue recognition.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""} [Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. ]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""} [Review, establish and implement consistent and accurate product costing methodologies and reporting throughout manufacturing operations. ]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""} [Perform audits of bills of materials to ensure product costs are accurate and accounted for properly.
