Key Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts RN license required Previous experience in a school or educational setting strongly preferred Solid clinical assessment, emergency care, and medication administration skills Compassion, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities Familiarity with common childhood illnesses, allergies, and chronic conditions

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to students and staff, including emergency intervention and routine health monitoring Administer medications and assist with care plans for students with chronic health concerns Serve as a resource for health-related questions from staff, students, and families Maintain accurate health records and reports in accordance with regulations Promote health and safety during summer academic and recreational activities This ESY assignment offers a collaborative, friendly atmosphere where your nursing expertise makes a real difference for students and staff alike.
