This role is ideal for a professional who can oversee financial operations while optimizing and managing company information systems. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and financial reporting Prepare monthly and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow, cost controls and financial performance Lead budgeting and financial planning processes Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls Manage and optimize ERP and financial systems Collaborate with third-party IT to implement system upgrades, integrations and automation initiatives Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership Supervise and mentor accounting staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, including leadership roles Strong experience with financial systems and ERP platforms Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills Preferred Skills Ability to bridge finance and IT functions effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with system implementations and integrations Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan (401k) Paid time off and holidays
