You will join a diverse and talented dynamic team of engineers, office professionals, technicians, assembly and manufacturing specialists. About the Role We are seeking a Controls Engineer to join our team. You will help design, program, and install industrial control panels for production and processing machinery. The following is a general overview of responsibilities and not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of employees assigned to this job. Duties may change from time to time depending on our business needs.

Responsibilities:

Diverse mix of manufacturing and production associated machine control and networking communication applications.

Programming packages include:

PLC's, HMI's, Servos and data acquisition systems. Use of RSLogix 500 and 5000, RSView/FactoryTalk View Studio, C-More, and others. Willingness to work occasional overtime/holidays as needed. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. Repair and installation of industrial control panels Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Travel (day trips and some overnight or extended stay trips) to customer sites. Possible international travel.

Qualifications and Skills:

Automation controls programming candidate with

PLC & HMI

programming experience. SQL and VB.net experience a plus. Networking background with various Windows OS platforms a plus. Allen Bradley / Rockwell PLC and HMI experience required. Professional appearance and demeanor. Good organization and communication skills. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Previous experience in packaging machinery or another related field a plus Familiarity with tools and equipment. Ability to handle physical workload. Wiring experience and electrical troubleshooting required. High School Diploma/GED required. Pay range for this position is: $30

• 45/hour depending on experience
