Active RN license, eligible for Washington State Experience providing care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting Strong assessment skills and knowledge of NICU protocols Current BLS and NRP certifications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentResponsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families Maintain accurate, detailed patient documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives Contribute to a supportive, compassionate care environmentBenefits:
