Convenience Store Assistant Manager As a Convenience Store Assistant Manager, you will help maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. At the direction and delegation of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager assists with supervision of store and employees, management and presentation of merchandise, completion of paperwork, and preparation of deposits.

Job Duties:

Must provide superior leadership to team members Assist in ensuring excellent customer service Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels Assist in ensuring financial integrity of the store through cashier accountability. Assist with management of the store in the Store Manager's absence.

$28,000.00 - $30,000.00 annual (DOE) Christmas Bonus Benefits 401K with matching contributions from Employer Employer paid $15,000.00 life insurance policy Employer paid short - term disability (eligible after 1 year of employment ) Annual evaluations , pay increase based on evaluation.

Qualifications:

This role is full-time; hourly 40 hours a week. Three to five years of store retail management required. Back office system knowledge preferred. You must possess a valid Driver's License Expertise in with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Preferred. Ability to communicate in English (spoken and in writing). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time. Flexibility schedule due to stores are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
