Job Description

Conversion Technician Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality compliant films, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Conversion Technician Schedule:
2nd
Shift:
2pm-10pm 3rd
Shift:
10pm-6am (Sun-Thurs)
Conversion Technician Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment. Perform quality checks and ensure compliance. Load, slit, and splice materials. Handle hazardous waste safely and according to regulations. Troubleshoot basic process and equipment issues. Support and perform routine maintenance.
Conversion Technician Requirements:
High School Diploma and ability to communicate in English. Competency with Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and caution in high-risk duties. Positive attitude, accountability, and self-motivation. Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team. Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 lbs and perform various physical movements. call 860-773-0059 Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $21.00
