Duties Assist with menu planning and meal preparation, ensuring variety Prepare food items using proper cooking techniques, including chopping, slicing, and assembling dishes Maintain high standards of food handling and safety in accordance with health regulations Serve meals to customers in a courteous and efficient manner Support catering events by helping with food setup, presentation, and cleanup Follow kitchen safety protocols, including knife skills and proper sanitation procedures Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Qualifications Previous experience in food service, or related culinary roles preferred Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus; familiarity with catering or serving is beneficial We value energetic team players who are passionate about food service and eager to grow their skills!
