We are hiring for a prep and cook position for a hand sliced smoked fish shop at our new location in Rittenhouse Square at 276 S 20th Street! We sell caviar, bagels, Jewish specialties, and lots of specialty grocery items.

EXPECTATIONS

Lox and other smoked fish slicing, deboning whitefish, and caviar sales (no prior experience necessary for this part) Creating recipes for our to go offerings like salads, cheese plates, lox platters, dips, and seasonal holiday foods. Opening and set up on scheduled days and cleaning tasks/closing duties Must be comfortable being customer facing and have a positive attitude Prep work including preparing house recipes for breads, salads, and assembling platters Cooking experience preferred (bread or sweet baking experience welcome) Light daily cleaning tasks as expected with prep work Hours of operation:

Saturday-Sunday:

8-4 Part and full time positions available •Weekend availability a must•
