Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and safety guidelines, utilizing strong knife skills and culinary techniques Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to maintain freshness and safety standards Serve meals efficiently while providing friendly, attentive detail to orders Support catering events by assisting with food preparation, presentation, and setup Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Experience 1-3 years of previous experience kitchen experience specifically as a lead cook, leading team members Hands-on experience with meal preparation, and cooking in a restaurant or food service setting Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Proven skills in food industry environments, including kitchen experience and culinary techniques Familiarity with catering services, serving procedures, and kitchen equipment operation Excellent knife skills for efficient food prep and meal assembly

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
