Your culinary skills and creativity will contribute to an exceptional dining experience. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Cater to dietary restrictions. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the cooking process. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols. Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring efficiency and safety. Participate in catering events as required, contributing to menu development and execution. Skills Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including meal preparation and presentation. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that delight customers. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with kitchen staff.
