Cook a variety of dishes using proper knife skills and cooking techniques, maintaining efficiency during busy service times. Serve meals with professionalism and friendliness, ensuring all guests receive attentive and courteous service. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and managing food presentation. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, food storage, and equipment to uphold health standards. Requirements Prior experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in food handling, meal preparation, and cooking within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of menu planning, food safety regulations, and proper sanitation practices. Experience in food service or restaurant settings, showcasing excellent customer service skills. Strong knife skills, culinary experience, or background in the food industry is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to various kitchen tasks including food prep, cooking, serving, and cleaning.
