Description:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals from scratch following standardized recipes and production schedules Assist with daily food prep including chopping, portioning, and ingredient organization Execute breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service with consistency and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in accordance with HACCP standards Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service Monitor food quality, presentation, and proper portioning at all times Help with inventory, storage, and proper labeling of ingredients Support special events and catering functions as needed Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Pay Type:

$18.00 - $19.25 Hourly

What you'll do: Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations. Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing. Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need: Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
