The Cook Position has an exciting opportunity to work on a team in a farm to table restaurant. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Prep and Line Cookery Holiday and Weekend availability Controlling waste Compliance with health and safety regulations Communicating with Executive Chef and other management team members Skills Needed to be Successful Ability to communicate in a friendly, respectful, effective, and positive manner Time management and organizational skills Working high volume for up to 4 hours at a time. Ability to independently prepare and manage hot equipment and sandwich station. Knowledge of lamb and European-style cheeses Station set-up and organization Ability to lift up to 50 pounds manually
