(We call ourselves ISSI) exists for the sole purpose of helping others succeed. We contract with business and industry accounts, hospitals, long-term care and rehab facilities to elevate the food service experience. Helping others create a beautiful experience with their food is one of the greater joys in life. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience working in a commercial kitchen. Experience with Mexican cuisine and operating a flat-top grill is strongly preferred. We are also looking for someone with a customer service background, as this role involves daily interaction with customers. Part-Time to Full-Time Hours…the schedule will vary based on business needs; however, candidates must be available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This position does not require nights, weekend, or holiday shifts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must hold a California Food Handlers card. If expired, must renew. Must have 1 year of previous kitchen experience with food prep, knife skills, etc.

JOB DUTIES

Key responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, and support other facility needs as required. The qualified candidate should be organized, a self-starter, detail oriented, punctual and have good people skills. The qualified candidate should demonstrate a positive, encouraging and teamwork attitude. The qualified candidate must maintain a professional appearance.
