Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve nourishing, well-balanced meals Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients Set up dining areas and tables to create a warm, welcoming meal experience for residents Serve meals while accommodating dietary restrictions, allergies, and individual preferences Clear trays, clean tables, and properly discard leftovers to maintain a tidy dining space Wash dishes and remove garbage to ensure kitchen cleanliness and efficiency Stock ingredients and monitor inventory levels to support daily meal preparation Follow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure high-quality food service Ideal Skills for Success Attention to detail to follow dietary guidelines accurately. Compassion & patience to interact positively with residents. Strong communication skills to work as part of a team. Time management & efficiency to handle meal services smoothly. Requirements No experience necessary—we will provide training . Must pass a criminal background check through the State of MN. Apply Today!
