SUMMARY:

The meat process operator controls the cooking process from hydrolyzing the product to a finished product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Hydrolyzing raw Meat and blood. Sizing. Running the Machinery that processes the meat into make meal. Transferring of hydrolyzed meal to storage.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have 3 months of work history with one employer within the last 2 years listed on the application.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have a valid Drivers License. Must be able to obtain a PIT license

m. Sunday is a scheduled plant shut down primarily for maintenance, housekeeping and training. Shifts are subject to periodic rotation every 8 weeks. Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days. Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.

Bonus:

$3,000.00 sign-on bonus paid out $500.00 at 30 days. $1,000.00 paid out at 90 days and $1,500.00 paid out at 6 months.
