We believe that every team member brings unique strengths to the table, and we're committed to creating an environment where those strengths can thrive. ________________________________________ Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Preferred Travel Group VIP Desk as a VIP Desk Coordinator & Social Groups Specialist. This role is responsible for the support of all aspects of VIP Desk operation, including Preferred Access, Preferred Platinum, Luxury Consortia (Virtuoso, ALTOUR, Signature, etc.), Beyond Green, Preferred Residences, Preferred General Information Email box, Preferred Marketing Nights Sale Campaigns, and any other programs as developed. Additionally, this position will encompass the responsibilities of a Social Groups Specialist, handling inquiries and reservations related to social group requests from the luxury travel agencies. This position is responsible for email responses, call handling, tracking and reports preparation related to the service. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Assist with Top travel agency reservations and additional services requested as part of a guest stay such as upgrades, amenities, clearance over sold dates, dinner reservations, etc. Handle inquiries and reservations related to social groups, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth execution. Assist with VIP Desk reports preparation as assigned Support specific PTG programs as outlined and developed (Preferred Access, Preferred Residences, Preferred Golf etc.). Follow PTG processes for logging all inquiries, tracing for follow-up and resolution. Assist with VIP Desk reports preparation as assigned. ________________________________________ Required Experience/Qualifications Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Written samples will be requested. Bringing order and clarity to service delivery through logging, tracking, and reporting—using data/Excel to support the team's responsiveness, accuracy, and service quality ________________________________________ What success in this role looks like VIP and social group requests are handled efficiently and accurately, with timely responses that deliver a seamless, high-quality service experience Operational processes, tracking, and reporting are consistently maintained, ensuring clear visibility, strong follow-through, and reliable team performance ________________________________________ Working Conditions This role will be based out of our Preferred Travel Group office in Chicago. With our in-office philosophy, our associates are expected to be in the office at least three days per week, supporting a healthy balance between in-person collaboration and flexible remote work.
