JAIL OFFICERS REVISED SALARY BENEFITS PACKAGE

Primary responsibilities are the care and security of inmates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a U. S. citizen, 18 years of age or older, high school graduate or equivalent, and have a valid Virginia driver's license. Drug screening and extensive background checks will be performed.

STARTING SALARY

$47,721 (49,897 after one year)
