We develop and manufacture skincare, haircare, and personal care products for brands across the country, while also operating our own in-house brands. We are a growing company with a strong focus on quality, organization, innovation, and the improvement of our GMP systems and workflows. Every team member plays a pivotal role in the company. Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Cosmetic Lab Manager to oversee daily lab operations and support ongoing GMP compliance and workflow improvements. This role involves hands-on cosmetic lab work, stability testing, raw material organization, documentation, and assisting with quality and operational systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and interested in helping improve and build systems over time. Responsibilities Mixing and preparing cosmetic lab samples and bench batches Accurately following formulation procedures and weighing ingredients Conducting and organizing accelerated stability testing Maintaining stability records and sample organization Receiving and checking in raw materials into internal receiving logs Organizing raw materials, samples, and lab inventory Assisting with GMP documentation and workflow improvements Helping improve lab organization, traceability, and operational systems Assisting with QC checks and documentation Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lab Supporting production and manufacturing activities as needed Working closely with formulators and management on R D projects Qualifications Experience working in a cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, chemical, or related lab environment preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable following procedures and documenting work accurately Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated Interest in GMP, quality systems, and process improvement Ability to multitask in a fast-paced small business environment Basic spreadsheet/computer skills required Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs occasionally Schedule Monday-Friday Approximately 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Starting at $30/hour Location Oakdale, Minnesota Why Join Us Work directly inside a growing cosmetic R D and manufacturing company Hands-on involvement in formulation, stability testing, and manufacturing Opportunity to help shape and improve internal GMP systems Small team environment where your work directly impacts the company Exposure to real-world cosmetic product development and manufacturing operations
