Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager / Batch Mixer to oversee warehouse organization, raw material handling, inventory movement, and cosmetic batch manufacturing. This is a hands-on role involving cosmetic manufacturing, warehouse operations, material handling, equipment cleaning, and production support. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Mixing and manufacturing cosmetic batches according to batch sheets and procedures Weighing and staging raw materials for production Maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy Receiving and organizing incoming raw materials and packaging Assisting with inventory tracking and material movement Cleaning and sanitizing manufacturing equipment and work areas Assisting with production setup, filling, and packaging operations Monitoring batch quality and reporting any issues Helping improve warehouse organization and operational workflows Coordinating raw material storage and production readiness Assisting with shipping and pallet organization as needed Following GMP and safety procedures Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, batch mixing, or production preferred Forklift experience is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow batch sheets and procedures accurately Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs regularly Mechanically minded and comfortable working with production equipment Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment Schedule Monday-Friday Approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Starting at $27+/hour, depending on experience Location Oakdale, Minnesota Why Join Us Work inside a growing cosmetic manufacturing company Hands-on role with real responsibility and impact Opportunity to help improve and shape warehouse and production systems Small team environment where your work matters Stable, full-time position with growth potential
