Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms to maximize client flow. Stay current on industry trends by participating in ongoing education on techniques like gel extensions, nail sculpting, and creative designs. Promote salon services through social media management and product demos to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Assist at the front desk by welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and providing excellent guest services. Support overall salon operations by collaborating with team members on product inventory management and sanitation protocols. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with specialized training in nail care from an accredited program. Proven experience performing a variety of nail treatments including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices within a salon environment. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals effectively. Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
