Cosmetologist (booth rent)

Overview We are seeking motivated, licensed cosmetologists to rent a booth and operate their own business within our salon. Duties Deliver comprehensive beauty services such as hair styling, coloring, extensions, nail care, makeup application, body waxing, and hair threading with precision and artistry. Perform advanced treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, tattooing, and med spa procedures to enhance client satisfaction. Manage front desk responsibilities by greeting guests warmly, scheduling appointments using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, and handling retail sales with enthusiasm. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare lines, hair products, and retail items to promote upselling opportunities. Utilize social media management skills to promote services, showcase client transformations, and engage with the community online. Support team collaboration through effective communication skills while managing guest services seamlessly from check-in to check-out. Experience Valid cosmetology license with experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques. Proven expertise in advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox treatments, esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and tattooing. for scheduling and client records. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships. Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products related to skincare, haircare, or body treatments.
