Duties Deliver high-quality beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, nail care, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and facial treatments. Depending on experience level. Newly licensed is okay, willing to train further. Manage salon operations using tools like Gloss Genius & a Paper Schedule (for now) to schedule appointments, process sales, and maintain client records efficiently. Engage with clients through excellent customer service by understanding their needs, offering product demos, upselling retail products, and providing personalized recommendations. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations related to skincare, haircare, and body treatments. Utilize social media management skills to promote services, showcase client transformations through before-and-after photos, and build a strong online presence.
