Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - PRN Salem County at Autumn Lake Salem, NJ $35-40/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support residents working toward improved independence and functional ability.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assist residents with self-care activities, coordination, mobility, and upper extremity exercises Reinforce adaptive strategies and therapeutic techniques Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate updates to the OT Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

Active COTA license required Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Direct Hire. No Agency.
