Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN Salem County at Autumn Lake Salem, NJ $55-60/hour Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish treatment plans Provide therapy focused on mobility, balance, strengthening, endurance, and pain management Collaborate with PTA staff and interdisciplinary care teams Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Active PT license required Strong clinical and communication skills Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Direct Hire. No Agency.
