The Count Drop Team Member is responsible for the efficient operation of all count/drop and operating procedures for Comanche Nation Entertainment. The Count/Drop Team Member's performance is necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests.RESPONSIBILITIES
The following are major duties and are not intended to be all-inclusive or restrictive.Provides directions, assistance, and/or information as many are required to ensure guest satisfaction.
Removes drop boxes and secures in storage cart.
Secures the storage cart in the designated locked storage area.
Sorts and counts all currency from daily drops.
Completes cash tally sheets, chip tally slips, drop control sheets, and other designated count room paperwork.
Fosters and maintains a positive attitude toward the staff, management, and guests.
Attends and satisfactorily completes all training as assigned by the Count/Drop Team Supervisor.
Performs other duties as assigned
ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
The Count Drop Team Member regularly communicates and exchanges information with coworkers. The Count Drop Team Member is regularly required to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The Count Drop Team Member is regularly required to move, transport and position objects weighing more than 100 pounds and required to stand for more than 50% of their shift. Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location, and the amount of business. The Count Drop Team Member must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and in a smoke-filled environment. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility.
