Counter Help

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Help. As a Counter Help, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

• Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
• Ability to bus tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
